There are 2 fitting bushes in the clutch cover There are 2 fitting bushes in the inertia wheel cover There are 2 fitting bushes in between the middle carters. The fitting bushes can start to jam, this is normal. By (carefully) knocking with a plastic hammer, you can loosen the carters and/or covers. Weekly greasing of the chain lengthens the life of the chain and the cogwheels significantly!
Avoid bad luck or an accident and change the locking plate as well.
26 teeth is the original size.
The 27 teeth cogwheel provides a slightly higher top speed.
