Fine tuning tip: Start with a big sprinkler and work your way down from there until your Tomos runs like a dream. This way, your Tomos will ride perfectly without having the wrong fine tuning.

50cc cylinder / fast setup: Set 1 and 2.
50cc / fast setup / with 15mm carburetor: set 3 or 4
60/70cc : set 4 / 5/ 6.
Tip: Work your way down from the top when fine tuning with sprinkler sizes, until the Tomos runs like a dream.
Tip 2: Make sure you have the right oil mix in your gasoline and make sure that your new cylinder has been worn in if you have a new cylinder.
Slowly warm up your engine, after 5-10 minutes speed up to topspeed, let go of the gas and brake hard, turn of your engine quickly and immediately loosen your spark plug and look at the color.
When you have the optimal fine tuning, the electrodes of the sprak plug have a 'coffee with milk brown' color.
Electrodes white and dry? Sprinkler size is too small. Black and wet? Sprinkler size too big.
